My main fandoms

• I'm a huge Superman fan. Since I don't know anyone who shares this very nerdy, niche interest, I have written a lot about it. 
• I used to love Smallville, but I made that a completely separate tag. Explained why here.
• I fell completely in love with The Sandman after watching the Netflix show in 2022.
• I had Doctor Who on the brain from around 2011 to 2014. The 11th Doctor in particular was my favourite.

Me & the blog

I've had very nerdy, slightly unconventional interests most of my life. When I fall in love, I fall hard, and my friends and family could only handle having their ears talked off for so long. So I created this blog to vent some of my excitement. I'm still a "huge dork" (According to my partner - lovingly!) today, but life is busier, so there might be long gaps of blogging inactivity. 

I used to write in Norwegian in the beginning, but eventually realised it's somewhat clunky to apply Norwegian grammar to sci fi etc. So I switched to English. It's been good practice over the years.

Some older posts have been deleted because of cringe. I also go back and edit my favourite posts occasionally, for similar reasons. But I try to maintain the general idea of what I originally wrote.

The name of the blog means "The Phantom Zone" (from the Superman comics) in Norwegian.
